Output a list of (Update Manager) required host updates to CSV

Is there a way I can output a list of required host updates, those reported after performing a scan, to a CSV file.

Can I perform the scan from VI toolkit and then save the list.

You can probably do this with the "PowerCLI toolkit for VUM 4.0 U1" that will be released within about two weeks. Check out this thread: VMware Communities: More VI4 VUM Automation Fun for more information.

I have been playing with the pre-release version of the VIToolkit plug-in for UM, but I think it only works with version 4 Virtual Center. I may be mistaken, though
