I would like to go in depth for Power CLI and Remote CLI for day to day troubleshooting issues..kindly suggest me any CBT or Pdf for same..

And also the best possible track to move on.

There are several good introductions for working with with PowerCLI.

There is also the PowerCLI FAQ that has an extensive collection of samples.

The vSphere PowerCLI Blog blog of the PowerCLI Dev Team has a great collection of somewhat more advancedarticles.

Afaik, there is no free CBT available.

VMware since recently offers a PowerCLI course. But that is of course not free.

And there is the TrainSignal VMware vSphere Pro Series which contains PowerCLI chapters done by Hal.
