Need help setting LB & NFD on port group

we have created a script using the line

New-VirtualPortGroup -VirtualSwitch vSwitch1 -Name VMachines_37 -VLanID 37

how can i set the load balancing & Network Failover Detection options on the nic teaming tab properties of this port group ?
