Need help generating a performance/capacity report

The company that I work for has been preparing a weekly report using the attached spreadsheet through manual acquisition of the numbers, ie. log into vSphere, pull up the performance tab on each host, manually enter the numbers into the spreadsheet. I know there has to be a better way to do this. Is PowerCLI the best way to go about harvesting these stats?

PS., I'm a capacity planner, not a developer, but I do have a little scripting experience though its definitely not one of my strong points.

Thanks

Yes, PowerCLI is the ideal tool for generating statistics reports.

Have a look at my statistics posts for more info.

All values you see in the vSphere client are available!

If you need help with some specific metrics feel free to ask.
