Need Assistance with a script/command to add a persistent VM to a pool

Horizon view currently unavailable.  Created VM in vSphere, and I need to add it to the proper pool so my user's entitlement will work.  Learning powercli as fast as I can.  I've conquered updating and recomposing linked clone pools so I'm getting familiar.  Just haven't found reference for this task.
