Is there a way to restart a Windows VM with Last-Known-Good state via PowerCLI

Starting a Windows OS with the last known good state is a functionality in the Windows OS.

As explained in MS KB307852 it is invoked by pressing F8 at the OS selection menu.

Afaik this can't be emulated from PowerCLI.
