How to register a extension from a URL using powercli 5.5

We are trying to install a vcenter plugin (extension) from an URL.

We were using ' New-Plugin -url $url | Get-Plugin '  in powercli 5.0.1.

But now we moved to powercli 5.5, and found that cmdlets didnt get recognized in powercli 5.5

We wanted to know what is equivalent cmdlets in powercli 5.5?

Afaik there has never been a New-Plugin cmdlet in PowerCLI.
