How to Check/set CPU Power Management Policies?

Hello,

I am wondering if there is a way to check/set CPU Power Management Policies on ESX hosts through PowerCLI?

I'd like to do the same as describes here http://pubs.vmware.com/vsphere-4-esx-vcenter/index.jsp?topic=/com.vmware.vsphere.resourcemanagement.... from the script.
