How are you exporting your most important logs to somewhere more central?

I'm looking at a way to export the most important logs for all of our hosts to a CSV file or somewhere central, do any of you do this by using PS?

You can use the Get-Log cmdlet on a regular basis, but a better solution would be to set up a syslog server.
