Get list of Volumes that can add as datastores to the hosts

Hi all

could you please help me to Get list of Volumes that can add as datastores to the hosts?

output of This command: show all luns (include the luns that already exported to the host.)

$scsiLuns = $vmhost | Get-ScsiLun

I am looking for a script to show me luns that they are not consumed.
