Extract Host CDP Information

Hi all

It would be appreciated a lot if someone can help me provide script to extract all host CDP information for reporting and output it to excel or csv file.

Output would be this format:

Datacenter	Clustername	Host	VMnic	MAC	Speed	Duplex	Device ID	Address	Port ID	Hardware Platform	VLAN	Status

I already got Hostname, pNIC, PortID, Address & VLAN.
