Export to file VM, Disk space allocated and disk space remaining help

Hello all, I am new to playing with Powershell and although I have messed about with sample scripts I need to try and get a script to provide the following info specifically:

VM Name

Disks and Size allocated

Size remaining on each disk

Does anyone have a script which will get this info and pass it out in table format or to a file that can be used.

Any help much appreciated.
