Deploying VM's using PowerCLI on vVols

I am really struggling figuring out how to do this, I can't simply designate the vVol name in the -datastore command comes back and says no such datastore.  I can't simply apply a storage based policy after vm creation and hope it moves to a correct datastore.  What am I missing?

If you know the Storage Policy you want to use for the new VM, you can use the Get-SpbmCompatibleStorage cmdlet to find the datastores and datastoreclusters that fall under that policy.

You then pick one of those to use on the Datastore parameter of the New-VM cmdlet.
