we have installed powercli6.5 on VM and we will tried to copy file on another VM
but copy of file was not possible
ESX have version 6.7
screen is attached
do you know where can be the issue?

Not really, that is a rather general error coming from the Guest OS.Did you check the eventlogs in the Guest OS?Also have a look in the VM's vmware.log file.
And I strongly advise to upgrade your PowerCLI version.
