I would want to to add the fowling elements before converting a VM in Template

Isolation.tools.diskWiper.disable with value TRUE

isolation.tools.diskShrink.disable with value TRUE

log.rotateSize with value 1000000

and

log.keepOld with value 10

can you help me to have the goog command powercli to add this elements
