Collect information about folder and its contents

Hello,

I want to get information from "Folder" view. I need to collect below informations via PowerCLI and write it to txt file.

- Folder name

- VM number that Folder have

- CPU usage of that Folder 

- MEM usage of that Folder

- Datastore usage of that Folder

For Example, I have a folder named "Test Servers" and this folder has 3 VMs, It CPU usage 70Mhz, RAM usage 981MB, Datastore usage 30GB.

Thank you @LucD for your reply. Yeap, I know how to search but I could not get every info that I need (such as CPU usage, RAM usage etc.) Only (https://communities.vmware.com/t5/VMware-PowerCLI-Discussions/Get-statistics-by-VM-folder/m-p/230862... this I found but could not collect data. Any help will be usefull. Thanks.
