Sorry, that was the wrong download page ...
You need the HP lights-Out configuration utility from e.g. here:
Might the method described in Powershell script to update bios of HP help ?

Download the HP SmartStart Scripting Toolkit from here:
http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/servers/management/core-management-100.html
It includes a utility with that you can remotely control and configure iLO boards.

Hi Preez,
Does it Require re-boot of theESXi Server ?
Thanks
vmguy
Yes it is required to boot so that it can take the effect
No! The tool connects directly to the iLO-boards and does not interfere with ESXi at all.
So, a reboot of the host is not required. Even an iLO reset is not required, because you only want to change passwords of iLO users.
Hi Preez,
I downloaded the exe SP52460 but after installation how can we change the password.I am not getting the password reset option. Please let me know the steps.
thanks

You need to feed XML scripts to cpqlocfg.exe.
The syntax of these scripts is described in the HP ProLiant Integrated Lights-Out 3 v1.20 Scripting and Command Line Guide (page 49ff.).
