vSphere with Tanzu

We are looking to deploy vSphere with Tanzu in our environment. We want to use our current nsxt 3.1 environment as the network stack for tanzu.  Does anyone know if I deploy tanzu in my nsxt environment what type of impact i should expect. From a few of the blogs i've read some say it's better to deploy another T0, and some say my environment won't be impacted. So i'm not certain which direction to take. Any advice would be great.

For production deployment, It would be better if you go with a dedicated T0 (large size) for Tanzu integration.

Hello,

We've run just fine on existing T0s, but the vSphere with Tanzu wizard will try to deploy the Load Balancer Tier-1 on the same Edge Transport Node Cluster (flexibility I do miss from PKS) as your Tier-0, so it has to be over-sized.

It's not really the Tier-0 re-use that's the problem, it's the fact that you want lots of resources available for the NSX-T load balancer (L/XL) in production environments. It's not exactly a great setup as-is, and it's probably tooled for ease-of-use, but will hopefully change in the future!
