nsx-t ids/ips update

My NSX-t 3 stuck in IDPS update process like looping. In the GUI it constantly tries to "Updating IDS Signatures". even if I hit the cancel button but appear afterward. I tried API method it shows as follow:

    "error_message": "Signature Processing is already going on, please try after sometime."

The last thing I had tried was reinstall Appliance with backup. But it happened same as before.

It seems no one ever seen such a issue!!!
