netcpad deamon - safe to restart ?

We have in cluster 8 hosts. I would like to restart netcpad deamon in one host.

If during this restart can be some connectivity lost or some other impact for VMs ? or this activity is completely safe ?

An outage of control plane components will not impact data flows that occur in the data plane.  That being said, no updates will occur during the outage of said control plane component.
