is it good to enable ECMP for active-stand mode with 2 nics for edges connected to physical core?

Are we good to enable ECMP for active -standy mode where we have two nics (router ports ) for edges are connected to physical core network?

Are you referring to ECMP enabling the option in NSX U.I ?   Irrespective of the Edge state (A/A or A/S), routing must be configured on both the edges.

As per NSX-T document, it says ECMP only supports Active Active mode.

You can still have two next hops in A/S.  Enabling ECMP in this case allows more than one path to a prefix to be installed into the RIB.
