integrate Tufin orchestration tool to monitor NSX manager

When i am trying to @integrate Tufin orchestration tool to monitor NSX manager getting an error "Failed to retrieve NSX certificate. Please make sure that you entered the correct IP address and port number for the device." but we have a SSL cert already deployed on NSXManager, did any one came accross this issue.

Not sure about the issue as it seems to be on the Tufin software at this time.
