NSX is an add-on which has to be licensed separately.

Andre is correct. NSX is a separately licensed product. It is generally licensed per-socket. If you're interested in trying it out, there are a few Hands On Labs that are free. I have linked to them below. If you're interested in purchasing, then contact sales here: https://www.vmware.com/company/contact_sales.html

When you ask "How can I download that?" are you talking about NSX? There is currently no method of publicly downloading NSX without working with sales, or purchasing. There is no downloadable demo. You will have to access the Hands On Labs to test it out.

NSX is a separately licensed product that required Enterprise / Enterprise+ vSphere along with it. As with vSphere, NSX is generally licensed per socket.

To be clear, NSX required Enterprise Plus licensing of vSphere 5 because it required the vDS. KB2135310 clarifies this is no longer the case and you can run any version of vSphere with NSX. But the other posters are correct that NSX is still a separate license.
