communication between aix os physical server and nsx-t

in Previous infrastructure there was a virtual machine (vm1) in virtual environment and physical Server (Database of vm1 ) that they was in same subnet and work directly together. in New infrastructure all IO Traffic Transferred to NSX and have vxlan Protocol to communicate.

how communicate IBM (AIX OS) Physical Server with NSX-T (VXLAN Environment) in Same Subnet ? is that possible ?
