Hi,
How can I release account that been locked in NSX-T. service account was locked not admin acount
many thanks
NSX-T does not lock out accounts that are not local. If you are using LDAP directly with NSX-T 3.0 (no vIDM) be sure to use username@domain format to login. If you do not append the @domain NSX-T will attempt to authenticate locally and it since the user does not exist it will give a message saying the user/password combination is incorrect or the account has been locked.
What do you mean by service account? NSX-T only has 3 built on accounts: admin, root and auditor.
What account is this? NSX-T only comes with 3 builtin accounts: admin, root and audit.
Thanks mauricioamorim it's LDAP account not one of the buittin accounts
