With NSX Auditor Role does not detect NSX manager

Hello,

I am working with a customer and they have NSX 6.2.2, they currently have two environments one for production and for VDI. The production environment they give their different silos Networking, Security & Infrastructure appropriate NSX permissions. The infrastructure team currently has just auditor role. In their production environment they can login to the Web Client and view their NSX environment fine. But when they log onto their VDI environment it doesn't detect the NSX Manager in auditor permissions. If they log in with Enterprise Admin permissions it will show up fine. The production and VDI environments do have different vCenters and NSX instances. But similar versions. I have logged into the NSX Manager console and connection to the vCenter is fine. Has anyone seen this before? Is it a bug with 6.2.2? Is there a fix?

Thanks

The first and most obvious question is of course: did you configure the same permissions for both vCenters?

Are the vCenters in different SSO Domains or do they share an SSO Domain (Enhanced Linked mode)?

vCenter and NSX permissions are the same in both environments. But the vCenter's SSO domains are separate.

NSX 6.2.2 does not have any bug related to this.

If possible try to re-register the Lookup service and vCenter server in NSX manager.

Delete the user account &  re-create it again & try it out.

We already tried that, didn't work.
