Why no real evaluation of NSX?

I believe only VMware can answer that ..  however VMware would say you have a hosted evaluation available

You can go ahead and try it out in the HOL labs.

When I tested nsx last year, you needed to have done the training before you could try it out.

It will probably take some time to get a real evaluation.
