Which cloud should select on NSX-T 3.2?

In NSX-T 3.2, we have some features that need to select Cloud Service in US or EMEA.

For example, NSX NDR and NSX Malware prevention are.

1. This selection should be the closer region with users, right?(US user should select US, EMEA user should select EMEA.)
2. If an user in APJ region, which should select?

US is probably your best bet as there is no pop in the APJ region.

I think so (US may be better.) But do you have any solid reasn for the choice?

I am very interested in the reason. (If it is mentioned on any blog, article and etc by VMware, I would like to read it.)
