Hi,

To resolve this issue, enable switch notification by setting the Notify Switches option to Yes in the Load Balancing and Failover Policy.

Before migration, increase the number of vSwitch ports on the basis of the number of virtual machines that needs to be migrated. The default vSwitch port limit is 56.
Note: After updating the number of vSwitch ports, you must restart the ESX Server.

To increase the number of vSwitch ports:
  1. In the Configuration tab on the VI Client, click the Networking link.
  2. In the Networking pane, click Properties.
  3. Select the Ports tab.
  4. Select vSwitch and click Edit.
  5. In the General tab, choose the required number of ports from the drop-down menu and click OK.
  6. Close the vSwitch Properties window.
  7. Restart the ESX Server.
