VMware SD-WAN Orchestrator remote diagnostics not working

Hi,

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I couldn't find one specifically for SD-WAN.

An issue I'm having in my VeloCloud lab, is that whenever I log into the Orchestrator and try to access the remote diagnostics of an Edge, it spins twice to try to load and then goes back to the edge overview under the Remote Diagnostics tab.

I guess the cause is "network.public.address".

Hi,

I had the same problem with OS version 4.0.
OS version 3.4 was working.

Did you try to set "network.public.address" on Orchestrator ?
In my case, the cause was "network.public.address" .

Someone replied here, but not sure why their message is gone.

The solution was to set `network.public.address` under System Properties.

As I have a valid trusted cert on the FQDN, instead of the IP address I had to use the FQDN in that field.
