Hi Guru,
I have NSX-v in my Homelab I have Logical Switch connected to a DLR configured correctly, but when I try to ping from VM to it's gateway which is the DLR interface to the Logical Switch, It can't reach it.
This should be a JOKE after spending hours reading in depth how it works and play with CLI
I figured out that it was a SPOOFGUARD :smileygrin: :smileygrin: needs approval

Hi,
It's a pretty straightforward thing. Just make sure the DLR interface is enabled, IP and subnets are set correctly on VM and DLR Interface and correct Network is selected for the VM.
If it continued to fail, please give a shot from DLR interface and VM network settings on ESXi and also from within the operating system.
Regards
Now, Both VMs can't ping the Gateway but can't ping each others return time out
First test I would do:
Put the VMs in the same host and try ping each other. Maybe there is some issue with the overlay.
This can be helpfull to test the scenario: Test Logical Switch connectivity in NSX
From one ESXi:
ping ++netstack=vxlan -d -s %MTU YOU ARE USING% -I vmk# %VTEP IP%
Just restarted the NSX Controller and everything worked as expected
