Unable to setup AVI Load bancer on Azure

Hi There,

 

I am trying Avi Deployment  on my Azure portal i am follow the this document https://avinetworks.com/docs/latest/avi-deployment-guide-for-microsoft-azure/

 

I have install Avi Controller From Azure Marketplace but after installation of the Virtual machine, I am unable to login into my virtual machine using SSH getting  and also i am trying to access my virtual machine IP from Web browser getting this response

{"error": "Controller is not yet ready. Please try again after a couple of minutes"}

 

here is my VM IP: 20.106.243.154

 

can you please help me out this issue?

To make a long story short, while user, password and connectivity check out it looks like the AVI defaults changed along the way. Make sure you enable “Allow Basic Authentication” in the Controller settings (Administration –> Access Settings) of the load balancer
