UI does not work after upgrading from version 4.0.1 to version 4.1.0

Hello
Encountered a problem after the update NSX. UI does not work.

In log file:  /var/log/proxy/envoy.log

Could you try to change the language in your browser to English and see if it works?

My browser in English mode

I made a new installation. The error is the same as after the update.
