The proxy VIB module could not be detected on the host. This may be due to an incomplete reboot on the host after a previous operation, or the host may not be a supported version (see "VMware product interoperability list"). Check whether there are any errors on the vCenter console or host that may cause this problem. After resolving this error, you will try to install VIB on the host again.
