When installing the vCloud Automation Center Release 6.1 Hotfix for NSX your installation may fail with an error message similar to the following:
Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\vcachotfix\DynamicOps.VCNSModel.Activities.dll' or one of its dependencies.
Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)
Warning: Non-zero return code. Command failed.
This error will happen during the Assembly-Install steps of the installation process.
SOLUTION:
Go to the folder where you've placed the hot fix files.
Right click on the files and Properties.
On the General tab, click Unblock.
Click Apply.
Click OK.
