k8s runs in a bare metal environment (operating system is CentOS)，NSX-T in vSphere provides LB, NAT, micro-segmentation and other functions for this k8s.

But I haven’t found a specific solution for a long time.

NSX-T supports KVM. If you run KVM on your CentOS severs and host the k8s VMs on this you will have the features you want.
