As per my check there are no docs available for 6.4 , latest available version is 6.3 and i'm hoping you are a VMware partner . My approach would be to capture and consolidate the release notes(VMware NSX for vSphere 6.4.0 Release Notes ) information and prepare a doc accordingly as per customer requirement.
