Role base access to view NSX-T alarm dashboard

Hi All,

I'm looking to give access to users to log into NSX-T console and see the Alarm dashboard and take action.

Example - Load balancer certificate expiry.

Any help will be much appreciated.

There is no specific permission that would allow only access to the alarm dashboard as you want. You will need to create a custom roles using the provided granularity and permissions as documented here:

I hope this has been solved since 2021 🙂

Anyhow this is one of the solution. You can add the "Auditor"  role to get the alarm dashboard. 

Tested it on lab NSX-T 3.2.1.2 and worked

The auditor role offers way more access than just alarms. In 4.0 at least I see no way to limit access to only alarms.
