Register a windows domain with nsx manager

I get the following errors when configuring the domain. I can't find any documentation on what needs to be running as far as the event log... but i have used a domain admin account and it gives me the class not registered error with the WMI method. And the No authentication events with the CIFS connection method.

EDIT: upon further reading these seem to be some sort of COM event? maybe some dll was not registered?

any thoughts

Well i am going to answer my own question.

we had to enable successful Login event audits on the windows domain controllers and then it worked.
