Recommendations for more than 8 vCenters/NSX Managers with the 8 Cross-vCenter deployment limit.

I have 2 data centers with around 24 vCenters each that our on the same domain.

Since you can only have 8 NSX managers in a Cross-vCenter deployment, is there any recommendations/best practices for connecting multiple NSX Manager clusters together?

Yep the recommended maximum is 8 as described in this document: NSX for vSphere Recommended Configuration Maximums https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-NSX-for-vSphere/6.3/NSX%20for%20vSphere%20Recommended%20Configurat...

and the maximum linked vCenter is 10 as per this document: https://www.vmware.com/pdf/vsphere6/r65/vsphere-65-configuration-maximums.pdf

I would probably limit the linked-VC and the cross-VC, only connect if they really need to share objects between the environments.

Let say the VMs under vCenter01 and VMs under vCenter02 does not have any traffic between them, I wouldn't linked the VCs or do Cross-VC NSX between those two VCs.
