Hello,
i want to ask the following :
- why in NSX-v we were having at least 3 controllers and not 2 or 5 ?
- In NSX-T are controllers has a least numbers too ?
- what is the maximum numbers of Controllers and managers in NSX-T ?
Thank you

For. production deployment, we need 3 as we have a Leader election based on Zookeeper. In a nutshell for a three node cluster, the master must have received at least two of the votes ( from the other two nodes)
Note: ZooKeeper can sustain only a single node failure at a time.

Controllers are collapsed in NSX-T, that being said the recommended number of NSX-T Manager nodes for Production is 3 .
