where can i find all messages sent/received by NSX manager and NSX controllers , and all logs ?

Also, you can configure these systems to use syslog servers, specifically Log Insight. vCenter customers with active SnS are entitled to 25 OSI licenses for Log Insight at no charge (although it requires a vCenter 6 license).
