Kindly note that, we have one UDLR and Two ESGs deployed (NSX 6.4).
We are planning to configure ECMP on two ESGs, and to configure OSPF between UDLR and ESGs. then OSPF with external physical boxes.
Q1: Do we configure the ECMP before OSPF ? or it doesn't matter ?
Q2: What about the default Gateway on UDLR ? which ESG should be selected as gateway ? or no need for a gateway ?

Since ECMP is global setting, could be better to first enable ECMP before Ospf configuration but could work either way.
for ECMP about the default gateway, there is no need for static default gateway. If DLR learns the default gateway from both ESGs, it would load balance the traffic using using this route towards both ESGs, achieving Equal Cost Load balancing and increasing the capacity of N-S traffic.
ECMP configuration also is needed to be enabled on the physical router (if ospf used between) and DLR. These links could be helpful:
