I'm not able to configure DHCP relay, below is the topology diagram.
I've created one test segment (172.16.10.1/24) and attached DHCP relay profile to it but none of the VMs are getting IPs from extrenal DHCP Server.
What I've observed is N/S connectivity works very much fine before attaching DHCP relay profile to segment , Once I attach DHCP profile VMs are not able to reach DHCP server which is outside of NSX domain, could some one please assist how to resolve the same.

Can you check if you are using default segment security profile on test segment with DHCP? As with default segment security, DHCP server block is enabled.
Try creating a new segment security profile with DHCP server block disabled and then apply it to segment.
