NSX3.0 - partner service deployment - errorCode="MP42315"

Hi,I am testing partner service deployment under NSX3.0,I registered the partner service as a N-S firewall and when trying to deploy I am getting this error

I am not sure what this error/error code is.

errorCode="MP42315"

Could someone please help me understand the issue(also if there is some place there is some explanation on the error codes that would be great too.
