NSX manager miss heartbeat response from all the hosts

 VMWARE-NSX-MANAGER-MIB::vmwNsxMMessagingInfraDown (1.3.6.1.4.1.6876.90.1.2.9.0.5) - Manager runs a heartbeat with all hosts it manages. Missing heartbeat responses from a host indicate a communication issue between manager and the host. In the case of such a communication issue, this trap will be sent. This is the error i recieve, any idea why it is thrown and the resolution for this?

It seems that the KB is not longer available, however this could be because of a port not being available. Please take a look at the next list of ports required between NSX Manager and the ESXi: https://ports.vmware.com/home/NSX-Data-Center-for-vSphere.
