First you need to review the configurations and the ESXI hosts and try to move them to different hosts second get the logs of the ESXI and the Edge controllers as the links below:
NSX Logs Relevant to Routing , Configure Syslog Servers for NSX Edge , NSX Edge System Events , Download Tech Support Logs for NSX Edge .
