NSX-V DFW redirect to Palo Alto

Hello experts, 

I have a question maybe a problem in my lab for a solution will be end of life next year 

The lab env is build test integration between NSX-V and Palo Alto (for specail usecase ). NSX version is 6.4.5 and vSphere 6.7 . Both NSX and Palo Alto panoram can communicate and snyc the issue is the DFW rules are greyed out and not acitve. I used The serice composer for adding security Policies. I would like to activate those rules

1. Do you have the same issues with normal DFW rules? 

2.Are you using the right NSX license bundle for the partner service integration?
