Can you please confirm/share the Transport Zone mapping of Edge Nodes and TO&VRF Uplinks Segments? I guess there is a mismatch.

Hi,

You have to configure VRF on the router as well & assign the interfaces to the respective VRF. Currently, I see all the neighbors are in default VRF.

Hi,

Since you have configured vrf on the T0, you should put corresponding interfaces & neighbors in vrf as well on the router. By default, all the neighbors & interfaces are part of default vrf.
