How to apply DFW Firewall rules Group level instead of applying DFW level

please advice following scenarios

1. source any and destination specif IP (destination in nsx-t env only ).

2.source any and destination specif IP (out of nsx-t network  ).

3.source specific IP  (within nsx-t network)and destination any 

4.source Specific IP(outside nsx-t network ) and destination (within NSX -T)

5.source specific ip (within nsx-t) and destination (within nsx-t)

6.source specific ip (within nsx-t) and destination (out of nsx-t network)

IP based rules (source & destination) don't have any VNIC association so apply to the field doesn't matter
